FIT policies must be adhered
by FIT students and their guests both on and off campus.
FIT is a dry campus.
Under no circumstances are drugs or alcoholic substances allowed at this event. Event staff has the right to deny entrance or escort you and your guest out if you are suspected of being under the influence or having any substances in your possession.

ENTRANCE IS DETERMINED BY A STRICT SEAT RESERVATION LIST ONLY/ TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD

FIT STUDENTS - Seat Reservations will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis with a $20.00 cash deposit.

FIT STUDENTS will receive their $20.00 deposit back upon arrival to the Semi-Formal.

We are allowing NON FIT GUEST RESERVATIONS at a limited quantity, on a first come first serve basis.

NON FIT GUESTS seat reservations are $50.00 cash. This payment is NON-REDUNDABLE, and will not be returned to the guest upon entry of the event.

Can someone pay for me on my behalf?

Yes. They will have to show a picture of your FIT ID and bring your $20 cash deposit.​

Can I send someone in my place if I cannot make it?

No - the guestlist is tight. If a name has not been confirmed with us in advance and placed on our list, they will not be granted entrance.

If you can no longer attend for any reason, please email sab@fitnyc.edu​ so we can kindly offer that seat to another FIT Student.

This accommodation will end at 12pm on the day of the event.

Will there be a waitlist?

If we sell out, yes, we will generate a waitlist. We will contact students in the order they joined the waitlist, should we receive any cancellations. ​
